These terms govern all bookings made with Shri Ram Tamilan Tours & Travels. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
A 25% advance is required to confirm any tour or vehicle booking. Balance is payable on trip commencement. Airport pickups and same-day taxis can be paid post-trip.
Cancellation & Refund
7+ days before travel: full refund (minus 5% processing). 3–7 days: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours: non-refundable. Medical emergencies are handled case-by-case.
Vehicle & Driver
The vehicle category booked will be provided or an equivalent/higher category upgraded at no cost. Drivers are entitled to reasonable rest between long shifts.
Liability
We do not accept liability for delays or cancellations caused by weather, roadblocks, government restrictions or force majeure events. All travellers must carry valid ID.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
